We are looking for a creative and proactive PR & Social Media specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international fashion brand and contribute to building Andiata's presence across digital channels, media and influencer networks.

Location: Andiata Headquarters | Kuortaneenkatu 5, Helsinki
Working Hours: 2–3 days per week

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing Andiata's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Planning, creating and publishing engaging content aligned with the brand's visual identity
• Editing videos and images for social media, digital marketing and brand communications
• Supporting influencer relations, partnerships and gifting activities
• Maintaining relationships with media, stylists, influencers and PR agencies
• Assisting in the planning and execution of press events, showroom appointments and brand activations
• Monitoring social media performance and preparing reports and insights
• Supporting content creation through photography and behind-the-scenes coverage
• Assisting with various marketing and communication projects as part of a small and dynamic team.

• Has previous experience or education in marketing, communications, PR, social media or a related field
• Has a strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
• Is skilled in video editing and image editing
• Has an excellent visual eye and a genuine interest in fashion, branding and storytelling
• Has photography skills and content creation skills
• Is fluent in English; Finnish is considered an advantage
• Is highly organized, proactive and able to work independently
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and brings positive energy to the team.
