We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious PR/Marketing Trainee to assist our team at our head office based in Vallila, close to central Helsinki, Finland. We hope you can start in the beginning of January 2025.

We want to offer you a versatile work experience in PR & digital marketing field in a Finnish Fashion House – and possibly a place to grow as a professional also in the future as a permanent team member.

• Communication: You'll be mainly responsible for the communication with influencers, stylists, and other partners and also tracking the data.
  
• Content creation: You may be responsible for writing and editing various types of content, such as blog posts, social media updates, website copy, product descriptions, and email newsletters.

• Proofreading and editing: As an intern, you may assist in proofreading and editing written content to ensure it is grammatically correct, coherent, and adheres to the organization's style guide.

• SEO optimization: You could be involved in optimizing written content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO techniques to improve the content's visibility online.

• Collaborating with other teams: You may work closely with graphic designers, marketing manager, and other members of the creative team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across different platforms.

• Social media management: You might assist in managing social media accounts, including creating engaging posts, responding to comments, and analyzing social media metrics to assess content performance.

• Branding and messaging: As an intern, you could contribute to developing brand messaging guidelines and ensuring that all copy aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and values.

• Campaign brainstorming: You might participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.

• We expect you to be a student of marketing or communications studies and to participate in the trainee period provided and required by your school
• Basic understanding of Social Media Platforms such as Instagram and TikTok (Analytic skills are a plus)
• Basic understanding of excel
• Fluent in written and verbal Finnish and English (Swedish and French skills are a plus)
• Efficient in creating new ideas and copies for different content
• Organized and structured way of working
• Fashion focused with a good general knowledge of current trends
