Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and bring structure, vision, and hands-on campaign expertise to our growing team. You will own our digital marketing efforts while also providing leadership and direction to our e-commerce operations.

This is an on-site role based at our Helsinki office. The scope and working hours may be tailored based on the selected candidate's profile and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing and campaign strategies across paid, email, and organic channels, working with external agencies where needed 
  • Define and manage monthly and annual marketing budgets with the Finance and Operations Manager 
  • Develop and maintain a unified marketing calendar 
  • Lead omnichannel campaign execution across digital and physical stores, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent brand messaging 
  • Provide strategic direction to the e-commerce team, improving processes, priorities, and project execution (for example SEO projects) 
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to optimise strategy and drive sustainable growth 
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution aligned with company goals 
  • Take a hands-on role in marketing automation and promotional planning 
  • Own the brand's social media presence with support from team members 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or another relevant consumer brand 
  • Strong hands-on campaign planning and execution skills across paid, email, and digital channels 
  • Experience with e-commerce strategy, Shopify experience is a plus 
  • Fashion-forward mindset with a strong eye for current trends and a genuine passion for the industry 
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets, tracking performance, and deriving actionable insights from data 
  • Hands-on proficiency with digital marketing tools: Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and analytics platforms 
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritise, structure work, and keep teams on track 
  • Experience with international markets, Nordics experience a strong plus 
  • Fluent in Finnish and English; French or Swedish is an advantage 
  • Driven, highly organized, and comfortable leading both strategy and hands-on execution in a dynamic team.
